Due to Covid-19 delivery time can be heavily impacted. We sadly can't say how long this will take since it's an unknown variable. You will receive your order, however delayed. 


Packages shipped internationally via Economy will not be covered by us in case of logistical errors from third-parties (e.g. if it gets lost on the way OR the post looses it).

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location. Economy shipping generally takes between 2-3 weeks and Priority takes 1-2 weeks (depending on location). The local customs at the destination country can add to the delivery time. The further away from Switzerland you live, the longer it will take. If your product hasn't arrived within the described time, please contact us.

Customs Duty

Depending on your geographic location customs duties may occur. Customs duties are to be paid by the customer and will not be paid by Autoplush GmbH. We ship from outside Europe.


Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Swiss Post outside Europe. If you prefer delivery by different means, please indicate so for your order. Additional shipping cost will apply.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


We ship wherever the Swiss Post ships, which means in general everywhere except certain countries like North Korea. If you happen to live in North Korea or similar location, please indicate that you want shipment by DHL or different means. Appropriate shipping cost will be charged.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. Return shipping is paid by you and the product has to be in resellable condition (i.e. not eaten by an animal).

Just let us know by email or contact form that you wish to return a product and we'll provide you with the appropriate information. Upon successful return, the refund or exchange will be made.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact us by email or contact form as soon as possible. In this case we'll refund you the return shipping fee upon successful return of the product.

My Product hasn't been Delivered!

Give it some time, normally shipping takes between one and six weeks depending on your location. All shipping is done using the Swiss Post. If your order still hasn't arrived by then, please contact us by email or contact form.
